Cut grass, edge walks, trim hedges, weed garden
Paint, fix or wash railings, steps, storms, screens, and/or front door
Side or back door, gutters, wash windows
Straighten up, paint, fix or wash doors and windows
Repair dripping faucets, leaky toilets
Clean exterior of unit
Replace all burned out bulbs, faulty switches
Remove any clutter to give normal appearance
Oil hinges, tighten door knobs, faucets
Dust, wash, paint defects, as required
Store unneeded items to give room its normal appearance
Stove, refrigerator, sink should be spotless and all work space clear
Neat, spotless, fresh, repair broken putty around tub
Overcrowded closets suggest inadequate storage space
Children and pets can keep buyers from thinking positively. Keep them out of the picture, if possible.
